We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content.

5. Community Guidelines

VGM hosts modding communities. Community owners and moderators may establish additional rules. All users must:

• Respect community-specific rules and moderators
• Engage constructively with other members
• Report violations through proper channels
• Accept moderation decisions (appeals may be made to community owners)

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use VGM to:

7. Mod Downloads & Usage

Mods downloaded from VGM are provided "as is". Users acknowledge that:

• Mods are created by community members, not VGM
• Installing mods may affect game performance or stability
• Users are responsible for backing up their game files
• VGM is not liable for any damage caused by mod usage
• Mods may have their own licenses set by their creators

8. Limitation of Liability

VGM and Zencomm Ltd provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification
